Key Responsibilities:
- Lead WBRs (Weekly Business Reviews) for Ops & Recruitment
- Handle driver payments (hisab), incentives & earnings optimization
- Plan and execute incentive structures using datasets
- Manage team performance and productivity
- Drive vehicle management, GPS tracking & workshop planning
- Analyze Uber data to generate business insights
- Ensure data governance at city level
- Build dashboards using Google Sheets & Looker Studio
- Work on SQL-based data analysis
- Own P&L; reporting, cost planning & realization tracking
- Perform seasonality & demand-supply analysis
- Improve driver experience, engagement & support systems
- Lead process automation & tech-driven initiatives
- Provide business overview insights & strategic recommendations
- Drive data strategy and operational improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
