Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Field Recruiter to support our project hiring requirements across West Bengal and Assam. The role involves sourcing candidates for blue-collar and field-based positions, coordinating with the Project Manager, and ensuring candidates are successfully selected, onboarded, and moved to the required project location.
- Source candidates through referrals, WhatsApp groups, job portals, and field visits.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for hiring needs.
- Handle interviews, documentation, and joining.
- Coordinate candidate travel and relocation to project locations.
- Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
- Achieve recruitment and deployment targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1 to 2 years of experience in field/bulk/blue-collar recruitment preferred.
- Positive communication and follow-up skills.
- Willing to travel for recruitment.
- Local candidate network in West Bengal/Assam preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
