Position

Preschool Teacher (Montessori)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct Montessori-based learning experiences.
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Foster children’s independence, confidence, and love for learning.
- Observe and document children’s developmental progress.
- Maintain Montessori materials and classroom readiness.
- Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with the school team.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and career development.

Eligibility




- Montessori / ECCE Certification preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Passion for early childhood education.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
