Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Manager to manage the complete procurement function of our FMCG/Tea manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other required items while ensuring the best quality, competitive pricing, and timely availability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for the company.
- Source and purchase raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other production-related items.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.




- Compare quotations from multiple vendors and select the most suitable supplier based on quality, price, and delivery.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing suppliers and continuously explore new vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per production and business requirements.
- Coordinate with the Production, Stores, Quality, Finance, and Management teams for purchase planning and material requirements.
- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, pending orders, and supplier commitments.
- Ensure materials are received as per the required quality and specifications.
- Follow up with suppliers for delayed or short deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Maintain proper purchase records, vendor details, quotations, purchase orders, and other documentation.
- Monitor market prices and changes in the cost of raw materials and packaging materials.
