Key Responsibilities

Manage Windows servers, networking, storage, and cloud infrastructure.

Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV, biometric devices, and end users.

Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, and Active Directory issues.

Configure and support Microsoft Outlook, Office, Windows OS, and business applications.

Perform server patching, backups, endpoint security, and system maintenance.

Manage IT assets, user accounts, and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or System Administration.

Strong troubleshooting, networking, and communication skills.

Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, VMware, or Cloud are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
