2. Job Summary

The Export Sales Executive / Manager will be responsible for developing international business, generating overseas sales leads, acquiring and managing international customers and distributors, and coordinating the complete export sales cycle from enquiry and quotation through order execution and after-sales support. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, export documentation, market research, and international trade knowledge.

3. Key Responsibilities
- Generate international business leads through B2B portals, LinkedIn, Google, trade fairs, exhibitions, and other lead-generation sources.
- Identify, approach, and develop current overseas customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Handle export sales enquiries and convert qualified leads into business opportunities and orders.
- Prepare commercial quotations,



conduct follow-ups, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Communicate professionally with international clients through email, telephone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Conduct international market research and competitor analysis and identify potential export markets.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping departments to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
- Prepare and manage export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, and related documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, and logistics partners.
- Handle export payment methods including Letter of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Advance Payment, and other international payment terms.
- Ensure compliance with applicable export regulations, customs requirements, foreign trade requirements, and company policies.
