Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor individual sales performance and provide regular feedback.
- Allocate leads and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Support sales advisors in handling customer requirements and objections.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist in preparing sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Support the team in closing important or high-value sales.
- Identify current business opportunities and potential customers.
- Ensure proper follow-up of pending quotations and leads.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer delivery.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Conduct sales meetings, briefings, and performance reviews.




- Ensure company sales policies, procedures, and customer-service standards are followed.
- Assist in training new sales team members and improving product knowledge.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, with supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM/sales software.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
