- Experience- 2-5 years of experience in interior supervision.
- Supervise daily interior installation and execution work.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and designs.
- Coordinate carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, glass, and other works.
- Take accurate site measurements before production and installation.
- Verify dimensions against drawings.
- Inform the design/production team about any site discrepancies.
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, and other contractors.
- Allocate daily work and monitor manpower.
- Check workmanship, alignment, levels, gaps, finishes, and material quality.
- Ensure installation follows company standards.
- Identify and rectify defects before handover.
- Understand and execute working/production drawings.
- Coordinate with the designer when there are drawing or site-related issues.




- Check materials received at site against requirements.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and properly.
- Track daily progress against the project schedule.
- Coordinate with the client for site-related requirements.
- Communicate progress and practical site constraints professionally.
- Escalate complaints or major issues to the project manager/design team.
- Coordinate with the factory/production team for dispatch and installation.
- Verify that site conditions are ready before material delivery.
- Ensure proper installation of modular furniture and other interior elements.
- Prepare a snag/punch list.
- Coordinate rectification of pending works.
- Conduct final quality checks before handover.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
