Job purpose / role summary: Own the coffee and non-alcoholic beverage programme, lead the barista team, and protect beverage quality, speed, guest engagement and cost.

Job Description: This role contributes to specialty coffee, mocktails and aerated drinks from opening calibration through guest handover. Work is governed by approved recipes, extraction records, beverage presentation standards, protected milk/cold-chain handling and documented cleaning.

Responsibilities
- Set espresso recipes and approve daily dial-in.
- Create beverage SOPs, training plans and par levels.
- Own beverage COGS, vendor coordination and monthly stock variance.
- Calibrate espresso and grinder settings to the approved recipe.
- Prepare coffee, mocktails and aerated drinks consistently.
- Maintain machine, grinder, bar tools and display hygiene.
- Engage guests, explain products and recommend pairings.
- Control beverage stock, variance, breakage and waste.
