We are seeking an experienced OpenText OTX skilled with expertise in OpenText Content Server and OpenText Archive Server administration The ideal candidate should have experience managing OpenText environments troubleshooting issues supporting upgrades and maintaining enterprise content management solutions

Key Responsibilities

Install configure administer and support OpenText Content Server environments





Manage OpenText Archive Server for document archiving and retention

Perform system monitoring performance tuning and troubleshooting

Manage user access security permissions and authentication

Support upgrades patches migrations and system enhancements

Work closely with application database and infrastructure teams

Perform backup recovery and disaster recovery activities

Analyze logs and resolve production issues within SLA timelines

Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
