- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Local candidates will be preferred for better market understanding
- Candidates should be able to join immediately
- Flexible to work beyond duty hours when required

Key Responsibilities:
- Approach customers with a consultative and need-based sales approach
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their requirements
- Achieve branch sales targets through effective customer engagement
