Job Description Gold Loan Positions

Location: Karnataka – Multiple Branches

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day branch operations and customer service.
- Generate recent Gold Loan business and achieve assigned targets.
- Acquire recent customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Explain Gold Loan products, interest rates, schemes, and repayment options to customers.
- Ensure proper KYC, documentation, gold appraisal, loan processing, and disbursement as per company policy.
- Follow up on renewals, repayments, overdue accounts, and customer requirements.
- Support cross-selling of other financial products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements,



and operational procedures.
- Maintain branch records and ensure smooth branch functioning.
- Handle customer queries and resolve grievances professionally.

Preferred Profile:
- Any Graduate.
- Experience in Gold Loan will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a branch environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered for suitable positions.
