L1 Support Engineer ( Client Support On call )

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical guidance and assistance for device installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot control devices and related software applications.
- Support access control devices, including setup, connectivity, configuration, and basic diagnostics.
- Assist customers with Aadhaar authentication device installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support through phone calls, chat, email, and ticket-based systems.
- Identify and resolve basic hardware, software, connectivity, and configuration issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate senior technical team when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree – Graduation must be completed.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates awaiting final results may not be eligible.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of IT and computers.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking, internet connectivity, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to diagnose problems logically and provide step-by-step solutions.
- Willingness to work in a customer-facing technical support workplace.
