Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Dealer Head to lead the overall operations and business performance of our Luxe dealership at Thalore. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, managing dealership operations, developing the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the overall operations and performance of the dealership.

* Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.

* Lead, guide and motivate the sales and support teams.

* Monitor daily, weekly and monthly business performance and MIS.

* Ensure effective lead generation, follow-up and conversion.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.





* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

* Analyse market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.

* Ensure implementation of company policies, processes and brand standards.

* Monitor inventory, bookings, vehicle deliveries and sales pipeline.

* Conduct regular team performance reviews and take corrective actions.

* Ensure proper manpower planning, training and development.

* Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

* Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth dealership operations.

Qualification & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.

* MBA/PG qualification in Marketing or Business Management will be an advantage.

* 5–12 years of relevant experience in automobile dealership operations/sales.

* Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within the automobile industr
