Role Description
The Project Co-ordinator role at SIWIN is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day project activities, including scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment between site teams, trainers, and management. The Project Co-ordinator will manage documentation, prepare project reports,



maintain records of training and execution activities, and support project planning and resource allocation. The role involves communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, following up on timelines, and helping resolve operational issues to keep projects on track. The Project Co-ordinator will also assist in organizing workshops, training programs, and site visits, ensuring smooth logistics and adherence to safety and quality standards.
