Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Adobe InDesign expert to join our onsite team in Kota, Rajasthan. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Adobe InDesign and be able to independently handle page setting, typesetting, document formatting, color layouts, and print-ready file preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and format skilled documents using Adobe InDesign.
- Handle page setting, pagination, layout, and file formatting.
- Work on single-, dual-color-, and multi-color content.
- Format large and text-heavy documents with accuracy and consistency.
- Manage fonts, paragraph/character styles, tables, images, page numbers, margins, and alignment.
- Check and correct formatting, layout, pagination, and typography issues.
- Prepare files according to required printing and production specifications.
- Handle revisions and corrections efficiently.
- Work with content received in Word, PDF, Excel, and other formats.
- Ensure final files are accurate, consistent, and print-ready.




- Coordinate with the design/editorial/production team when required.

Required Skills
- Strong/expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Good understanding of page layout and typesetting
- Experience with page setting and file formatting
- Experience working with dual-color and multi-color content
- Good knowledge of typography, fonts, styles, pagination, margins, and alignment
- Understanding of print-ready file preparation and prepress
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage

Preferred Experience
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign
- Experience in publishing, printing, educational content, books, magazines, catalogues, or other multi-page documents will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
