Operations Manager – Exhibition & Events

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to manage the end-to-end execution of exhibitions and events, including layout planning, stall fabrication, vendor coordination, client servicing, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan exhibition layouts, stall allocation, branding, and venue requirements.
- Coordinate stall fabrication, electrical, furniture, branding, AV, and other production requirements.
- Manage vendors, quotations, negotiations, timelines, and quality.
- Coordinate with exhibitors/clients and ensure their requirements are delivered on time.
- Manage venue coordination, installation, event-day operations, and dismantling.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Marketing, Accounts, and other internal teams.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and vendor bills.
- Resolve on-site operational issues and ensure smooth event execution.




- Travel to different cities for exhibitions and events as required.

Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in exhibition/event operations or event management.
- Robust knowledge of stall fabrication, exhibition layouts, and event production.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good client servicing and communication skills.
- Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel across India.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Event Management/Hospitality qualification will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from exhibition companies, event agencies, trade shows, MICE, stall fabrication, or experiential marketing backgrounds will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
