Role Overview

Roswalt Realty is looking for a
smart, polished, confident and highly presentable Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
for our premium residential project,
Roswalt Ryla – Bandra West
. The role will be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression, managing client interactions at the sales gallery/site, and delivering a premium hospitality experience to HNI/UHNI clientele.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, guests and channel partners visiting the project.
- Ensure a
premium and skilled guest experience
from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate client appointments, meetings, property presentations and site visits.
- Understand basic project details and confidently provide initial information to clients.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Sourcing teams for smooth client handovers.
- Manage the reception/front desk and maintain high presentation standards at all times.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely coordination with the concerned team.
- Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules and basic client databases.




- Coordinate hospitality arrangements for client meetings and important visits.
- Ensure the sales gallery/reception area remains organized, presentable and client-ready.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent
English communication and interpersonal skills

- Smart, confident, polished and well-groomed personality.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Professional etiquette with a warm and welcoming approach.
- Ability to interact confidently with
HNI/UHNI clients and senior professionals
.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in
Luxury Real Estate, Hospitality, Aviation, Luxury Retail or Premium Customer Service
will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and client/visitor management systems.
