Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and performance marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Improve organic traffic through keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, and technical SEO.
- Manage email campaigns and support outbound lead-generation activities.
- Analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and HubSpot and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Identify and test recent growth channels, messaging, and acquisition strategies.
- Work closely with the founder to execute TalentTasker's GTM and customer acquisition strategy.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation.




- Strong hands-on experience with SEO and Google Ads.
- Positive understanding of GA4, Google Search Console, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics.
- Experience with email marketing and content marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, content, and productivity.
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, Marketplace, HRTech, Recruitment, or Startups is an advantage.
- LinkedIn prospecting/outbound experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
