Who We Are Looking For:

Retired legal experts from:
- Banking (retired law officers, AGM/DGM/GM legal, recovery heads)
- Insurance companies
- Judiciary (retired judges, retired judicial officers)
- PSU or corporate legal departments

Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide legal opinions and advisory support
- Guide on SARFAESI, DRT/DRAT matters, NPA recovery, litigation strategy
- Review contracts, loan documents, policies, and dispute cases
- Mentor junior lawyers and support legal drafting
- Attend client meetings and offer subject-matter expertise

Requirements:




- 15+ years of legal experience before retirement
- Strong knowledge of banking laws, insurance laws, SARFAESI, arbitration, civil and commercial litigation
- Clear communication and high professional integrity
