What Youll Do:
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BusinessObjects environments.
- Manage security, user access, data access, and BI setting configurations.
- Design, develop, test, and implement reports, scorecards, benchmarks, and executive dashboards.
- Develop and deploy visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Implement PowerShell/Python scripts for user onboarding, system health monitoring, and alerts.
- Perform dashboard performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Manage patches, change management, standards, best practices, metadata, cache/history, scheduling, and user administration.
- Manage and configure Power BI Gateways.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues related to BI environments.
- Work with stakeholders and executive sponsors and communicate project status regularly.
- Support data integration from sources such as Snowflake and SQL Server into BI reporting environments.

Required Skills:




- 4+ years of hands-on administration experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BusinessObjects.
- Strong Power BI administration and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong SQL skills for debugging and resolving data issues.
- 1+ year of scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Perl, or Bash.
- 2+ years of experience with ETL tools and SQL scripting.
- Experience managing and configuring BI Gateways.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, batch processing, and workflow scheduling.
- Experience with ad-hoc data analysis, solution design, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of RLS (Row-Level Security), shared vs. dedicated capacity, dashboard maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams.
