Position Overview

Saheli Jewellers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our brand, increase footfall, and drive showroom sales. The role involves both field and in-store activities, requiring strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement
- Drive showroom sales by engaging with walk-in customers and converting inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Support billing coordination and after-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotion
- Plan and execute local marketing activities to increase brand visibility and showroom footfall.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, exhibitions, festive offers, and in-store events.
- Assist in basic digital marketing initiatives such as WhatsApp promotions, customer outreach, and social media coordination (if required).

Market Outreach & Lead Generation
- Conduct field marketing activities including local tie-ups, referrals,



and community engagement.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to lead generation efforts.

Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily sales and lead reports and share updates with management.
- Coordinate with showroom staff, back-office, and management for smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or retail (jewellery or lifestyle industry preferred).
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and festive seasons.

What We Offer
- Fixed salary of ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
