Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically robust Sourcing Head/Business Head (Metal) to lead the Metal Plant

Must be strong

The role involves full business ownership into operations, and sales, with accountability for profitability and growth. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of chemical processing, Metal Sales along with proven experience in managing large-scale process plants.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & P&L; Ownership
- Lead the overall business for Metal Sourcing (Copper, Zinc, Lithium, Cobalt, Nickel).
- Drive profitability through cost optimization, process efficiency, and capacity utilization.
- Formulate and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage annual operating budgets, financial performance, and commercial outcomes.





Sales & Business Development
- Develop business opportunities for extracted metal products and value-added chemical intermediates.
- Formulate commercial strategies, including pricing, customer engagement, and contract management.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners to strengthen market positioning.

Key Requirements:
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Engineering; M.Tech. or MBA preferred.
- 15+ Years of exp in Metal Sourcing ( Global Sourcing)
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end operations, P&L;, and business performance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and team management skills.
