Role & responsibilities
- Process Execution: Support daily manufacturing activities and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the shop floor.
- Machine Operation: Assist in setting up, operating, and monitoring assembly lines or heavy equipment.
- Quality & Testing: Check raw materials and inspect finished goods to spot any faults or deviations from set standards.
- Troubleshooting: Help diagnose basic equipment malfunctions and report technical issues immediately to shift supervisors.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace using 5S standards and follow factory health and safety rules.
- Record Keeping: Log production data, track output numbers, and help update shift
Preferred candidate profile
- Instrumentation Technicians calibrate instruments for optimal performance and accurate quality control readings.
- Technicians ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards to protect the companys instrumentation systems.
