Role Overview





The Principal Program Manager will lead strategic, cross-functional programs that drive innovation and operational excellence across Cyber Engineering initiatives, while ensuring alignment with enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity standards. This role requires deep program management expertise, robust technical acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across engineering and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership:
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple programs ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
- Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive execution across diverse teams, resolving issues and managing dependencies.
