Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Agriculture Executive to support our agricultural and field operations. The candidate will work closely with farmers, collect field data, support agricultural activities, and coordinate with the internal team.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with farmers and conduct regular field visits.
- Collect and maintain farmer and crop-related data.
- Support agricultural projects and day-to-day field operations.
- Assist with farmer awareness and promotional activities.
- Conduct basic research on crops, farming practices, and market trends.
- Prepare field visit reports and maintain records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding field activities.




- Monitor crop-related activities and report field observations.
- Support the team in improving farmer engagement and agricultural operations.

Requirements
- B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Tech Agriculture, Diploma in Agriculture, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of agriculture and farming practices.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
