- Minimum 7 years of experience in technology operations, endpoint management, end user computing, workplace technology, infrastructure operations, IT service management, or product analysis.
- Hands-on or operational experience supporting endpoint management in an enterprise operations environment.
- Experience analyzing endpoint operational issues, service performance, support processes, incident trends, problem records, change activity,
technology adoption metrics, patch posture, deployment results, or device compliance data.
- Experience working in a cross-functional enterprise technology workplace with engineering, support, security, identity, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Experience creating reports, requirements, process documentation, runbooks, service review materials, or executive summaries.
