As a Director - OGC, you will provide strategic legal guidance and support across various industries, focusing on corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your skills in corporate law to navigate complex legal frameworks and minimize legal risks for internal stakeholders and clients. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, inspire others, and drive business growth while maintaining executive-level relationships.



You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, understanding tradeoffs and leveraging collective strengths.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be a guardian of PwC's reputation, upholding quality, integrity, and inclusion as foundational to success.
