Job Description

WeShine Academy is looking for passionate and talented Quantitative Aptitude Trainers to train students preparing for government and competitive examinations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Quantitative Aptitude classes for competitive exam aspirants.
- Teach concepts, shortcuts, formulas, and problem-solving techniques.
- Prepare students for government and other competitive examinations.
- Conduct practice sessions, mock tests, and assessments.
- Clarify students’ doubts and provide individual guidance.
- Help students improve their speed, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Freshers who have cleared the prelims of any government examination are also eligible to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude and basic mathematics.
- Valuable communication and teaching skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and performance.
