Position: Sourcing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, investors, channel partners, and end customers
- Handle negotiations and provide clients with expert consultation on market conditions and pricing
- Advise customers on property buying and selling to ensure the best deals under optimal terms
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable property solutions
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
- Accompany clients on site visits, showcase properties, and manage follow-ups through daily interactions
- Build and expand a strong network of channel partners and brokers to drive sales
- Participate in marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and industry events
- Stay updated with trends in the residential real estate sector,



including micro and macroeconomic impacts
- Focus on selling residential properties in the Mumbai market, especially in the Mira Road and Bhayandar region
- Onboard and manage channel partners while continuously strengthening the channel network
- Plan and execute project-specific sales strategies effectively
- Coordinate between channel partners, clients, and the closing team to ensure smooth deal closures
- Handle closures independently in the absence of the closing team
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients and stakeholders

Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in real estate sales (residential segment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Mira Road & Bhayandar market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales
