About NetaSampark

NetaSampark is a civic engagement platform helping citizens participate beyond election day — through polls, community ideas, issues, feedback and access to information about their elected representatives.

We are looking for a
Growth & Community Lead
to make NetaSampark a platform citizens actively use and share.

What you'll own
- Drive
citizen acquisition, activation and retention
- Build and grow NetaSampark's online communities across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other channels
- Design campaigns that drive citizens to
vote in polls, support ideas and participate
- Build local/community partnerships with RWAs, colleges, NGOs, youth groups and civic organisations
- Develop referral and sharing campaigns to create organic growth
- Identify communities, influencers and partnerships that can bring users to NetaSampark
- Track the growth funnel:
visitors → registrations → participation → returning users
- Run weekly growth experiments and measure what works
- Work closely with the content team to turn poll results,



citizen ideas and platform data into engaging campaigns
- Build a network of local citizen/community ambassadors

What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in
growth, community building, digital marketing, social media or a startup
- Someone who has actually
grown a community or product
, not just managed social media
- Strong understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp and digital communities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable approaching organisations, communities and potential partners
- Data-driven and comfortable with analytics
- Highly proactive and willing to experiment
- Strong interest in
India, democracy, public policy or civic issues
