About the Role

Proficio Therapy Services is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support the growth of our therapy services in Thane and surrounding areas.

The BDE will be responsible for building strong referral networks, developing relationships with healthcare professionals, schools, preschools, and community organizations, and increasing awareness of Proficio’s ABA, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, developing professional relationships, working in the field, and contributing directly to business growth and community impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesReferral & Community Outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pediatricians, family physicians, developmental specialists, psychologists, therapists, schools, preschools, special educators, and community organizations.




- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare providers, schools, educational institutions, and community organizations to promote Proficio’s therapy services.
- Develop and maintain a strong referral pipeline for ABA, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy services.
- Identify new referral sources and partnership opportunities across Thane and surrounding areas.
- Represent Proficio at healthcare events, school meetings, community programs, awareness campaigns, and skilled networking events.
- Build long-term relationships with referral partners and ensure consistent follow-up.

Healthcare & Provider Relations
- Develop strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, schools, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Educate referral partners about Proficio’s services, clinical approach, and the support available to children and families.
