What The Flex is looking for a Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. If you enjoy creating fresh designs, experimenting with recent ideas, and using AI to make your creative process smarter and more efficient, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Do
- Create engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and print.
- Design marketing materials, presentations, and other creative visual assets.
- Use AI-powered design tools for creative ideation, concept development, visual content creation, and workflow enhancement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Content teams to maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, visual storytelling, and AI-driven creative tools.
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to strengthen our visual identity and brand presence.





What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign.
- Familiarity with AI design and creative tools.
- Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-friendly approach.
