Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate leads using LinkedIn, Apolloio, Lusha, Sales Navigator, SalesQL, email outreach, databases, cold calling
- Identify prospects for website development, app development, software solutions, digital marketing services
- Maintain a strong B2B pipeline across Indian and global markets (US/UK/Gulf)
- IT Services Sales
- Conduct discovery calls, requirement discussions, and sales presentations
- Pitch services and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Handle IT services sales:

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions




- Proposal Creation
- Prepare qualified proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Coordinate with technical teams for pricing & solution details
- Present proposals to clients and handle objections
- Client Acquisition & Closing
- Convert leads into paying clients
- Negotiate commercials and final terms
- Maintain healthy conversion ratios
- Manage self-generated + marketing-generated leads

- Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Handle both self-generated and marketing-generated leads
