About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing, sales, operations and corporate functions.

The candidate must be solid in sourcing and closures and should be comfortable working on multiple positions simultaneously, including difficult and urgent requirements.

This is not merely an interview-coordination role. The recruiter will be directly responsible for identifying candidates, screening, scheduling, negotiating, following up and ensuring successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing
- Handle complete end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Understand manpower requirements directly from management and department heads.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, referrals,



consultants and other channels.
- Develop a strong database of candidates for frequently required positions.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on experience, salary, location and suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective department heads.
- Conduct regular follow-ups until final selection and joining.
- Negotiate salary and joining dates with selected candidates.
- Maintain backup candidates for critical positions.
