Location: Noida, Sector 2

Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Transportation: Drop off at 3:30 AM (one way) towards- South, West, East Delhi, Greater Noida,

Noida and Ghaziabad.

Budget: 25 to 30 K per months + Incentive, as per experience and performance during

interview

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven Freshers to join our team as Business

Development Executives (Freight Brokers). In this role, you will act as the crucial link between

shippers who need to move cargo and the carriers who transport it. This is a high-energy role

perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills who want to build a career in

international/domestic logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify and pitch logistics services to potential

corporate clients (shippers).

Carrier Negotiation:



Source reliable transportation carriers and negotiate competitive

freight rates to maximize profit margins.

Relationship Management: Maintain robust daily communication with both clients and

carriers to ensure service reliability.

Operations Coordination: Track shipments, provide real-time updates to customers, and

resolve transit issues efficiently.

Target Achievement: Work closely with management to meet daily activity goals and

monthly business development targets.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Education: Graduate in any stream

Experience: 0–1 year (Complete freshers with a drive to learn are welcome)

There'll be 15 days of training program.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (essential for

negotiating and client handling).

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation tactics, quick problem-solving ability, and basic proficiency in MS Office.
