Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience across different areas of digital marketing.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of paid advertising, social media, content, SEO, email marketing, analytics, and campaign management, along with a basic understanding of growth marketing and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage social media marketing, including content, ad copies, captions, CTAs, and basic video/reel scripts.
- Support SEO, email marketing, website, and landing page optimization activities.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools, and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Conduct audience, competitor,



and market research to support marketing campaigns and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with creative, sales, and other teams for campaign execution and prepare performance reports.
- Support growth marketing initiatives, including audience expansion, campaign testing, and new marketing ideas.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads; knowledge of LinkedIn Ads is an advantage.
- Understanding of social media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Good understanding of key marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Copywriting and script-writing skills.
- Basic understanding of growth marketing and customer acquisition.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving
