- Thorough knowledge of all import procedures, International Trade documentation, order processing, shipping/freight forwarding, insurance, inventory tracking etc and GST requirements.
- Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Excel and Power Point and preferably Chat GPT.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels, demand forecasts, purchase requirements, and replenishment plans.
- Track customer orders from order placement through dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, warehouses, transporters, and internal teams.
- Analyze sales and supply chain data to identify gaps, delays, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and monitor MIS reports, sales dashboards, inventory reports, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels while minimizing stock-outs, excess inventory, and carrying costs.
- Support sales forecasting and align supply planning with business requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Fluency in English essential.
- Preferred Age: around 35 and above.
