Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct line inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform incoming quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Develop and execute test plans for recent product launches.
- Develop and implement standardized Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and industry requirements
- Hands-on experience operating nonwoven testing equipment
