Role Summary
We are looking for a self-driven, tech-savvy Learning & Development Assistant to support the effective delivery of learning initiatives across the organization. The role involves coordinating training programs, managing internships, maintaining learning systems, tracking training data, and ensuring smooth execution of classroom and virtual learning events.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer training programs, workshops, and learning events.
- Manage end-to-end internship processes, including onboarding, tracking, coordination, and reporting.
- Maintain and support the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, enrollments, completions, and learner support.
- Prepare and maintain L&D; MIS, dashboards, reports, and training records.
- Coordinate classroom logistics, training calendars, attendance, learning materials, and vendor interactions.
- Support virtual learning sessions and technology-enabled learning initiatives.
- Act as Master of Ceremonies (MC) for training programs, learning events,



and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in communication, scheduling, feedback collection, and learning effectiveness tracking.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve learning administration and learner experience.

Desired Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Training Administration, L&D;, HR Operations, or a related area.
- Robust proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Confident presenter with the ability to engage audiences and anchor training events.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Canva, any other image editing tools mandatory
- Video Editing Capabilities.
