Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer for our Printing & Packaging Machinery Manufacturing Company. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, machine installation and commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer training to ensure smooth and effective machine operation.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Machine Installation & Commissioning
- Install, test, and commission printing and packaging machinery at customer sites.
- Ensure proper machine setup, alignment, testing, and functionality.
- Support machine trials, acceptance testing, and commissioning activities.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Support
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Customer Training
- Train customers and machine operators on machine operation, maintenance, safety, and best practices.




- Explain machine functions and basic troubleshooting procedures to customers.
- Customer & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Design/Engineering, Service, Sales, and Purchase teams for customer-related technical requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Communicate customer feedback to the concerned internal departments.
- Maintenance & Service
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer locations.
- Identify the root cause of machine problems and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist with parts replacement, machine modifications, upgrades, and retrofitting.
- Prepare and maintain detailed service reports after customer visits.
- Warranty & Project Support
- Handle warranty-related service requirements and customer complaints.
- Support machine installation and project-related activities.
- Coordinate service visits, spare parts requirements, and logistics.
