Job Summary

MACLEC Clean Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations for a fast-growing renewable energy engineering company executing hydro power projects across India. The role involves technical recruitment, workforce planning for project sites, payroll, attendance, and daily manpower coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Design, Site Engineers, Technicians).
- Posting jobs on Indeed and other portals, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Daily shift planning, attendance tracking, and manpower allocation for office, factory, and project sites.
- Payroll management, salary processing, leave records, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
- Manpower planning and mobilization for hydro power project execution sites.
- Handling day-to-day HR operations, employee records,



engagement, and coordination with project managers.
- Supporting management in workforce planning aligned with project timelines.

Required Profile
- Proven HR recruitment experience in engineering/construction/industrial projects.
- Hands-on exposure to mechanical, electrical, and civil manpower hiring.
- Experience in shift management, payroll, attendance, and site manpower coordination.
- Familiarity with project-based workforce deployment is a robust advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience
- 5-7 years of HR experience in EPC, manufacturing, renewable energy, or infrastructure companies.
- Experience handling multi-site project teams.
