Accounts Payable Executive – Domestic Accounts Payable

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Domestic Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel and be able to handle day-to-day accounts payable activities accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Domestic Accounts Payable activities.
- Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documents.
- Perform invoice checking, validation, and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate vendor and payment records.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoices and payments.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Perform data entry and accounting transactions in Zoho Books.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.




- Support month-end closing and other accounting activities.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Domestic Accounts Payable.
- Good knowledge of Zoho Books.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiner or candidates with a short notice period.
- Candidates with relevant experience in Domestic Accounts Payable will be preferred.

Salary & Perks

CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
