We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team, responsible for driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth
- Lead the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance
- Drive campaign optimization through A/B testing, analysis, and insights to inform future marketing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and goals
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and inform future marketing strategies
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SaaS and/or Quantum Technology is mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience in B2B lead generation and demand generation
- Strong understanding of MQL generation, CPL, ROAS and campaign optimisation
- Experience working with technology products, SaaS platforms or emerging technologies will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Experience with performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools like Google Analytics
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and technologies
- Experience with campaign optimization techniques, including A/B testing and retargeting
