Role Summary

We are looking for an AVP / Director-level Data Solutions leader who owns end-to-end data capability — from architecture and engineering through analytics and AI-enablement — across a portfolio of client accounts. This is a dual-mandate role: strategic enough to define data roadmaps, own executive relationships, and grow a multi-client portfolio, and hands-on enough to architect, review, and course-correct the underlying technical solution.



The ideal candidate has built and led data platforms personally earlier in their career and now operates as the senior owner who connects client strategy to delivery execution across several engagements at once.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end data capability across the client portfolio — data engineering, architecture, governance, BI/analytics, and advanced analytics/AI-ML enablement.
- Act as the AVP/Director-level owner for multiple client accounts simultaneously — the primary point of contact for all data & analytics initiatives within the portfolio.
- Define and drive data strategy, architecture blueprints, and modernization roadmaps (cloud data platforms, lakehouse, CDM, governance), staying hands-on in design and technical reviews where it matters.
- Balance strategic advisory — executive stakeholder management, roadmaps, business cases — with hands-on delivery oversight — architecture reviews, solution design, and technical risk management.
