Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision:
Supervise daily operations at the construction site, including managing workers, subcontractors, and other personnel. Ensure all construction activities are carried out according to project plans, schedules, and specifications.
Assign tasks to workers and subcontractors based on project requirements and site conditions.

2. Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.



Ensure that the construction site is kept clean and organized, promoting a safe working environment.

3. Quality Control:
Monitor construction quality to ensure it meets project specifications and industry standards.
Identify and resolve any issues with workmanship, materials, or methods.
Collaborate with project managers to address any deviations from the construction plans.

4. Scheduling and Coordination:
Coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, and tools to the construction site. Ensure that construction activities are completed on schedule and delays are minimized.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.

5. Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for workers, contractors, and subcontractors in office.
