Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing BIM models for MEP services from design drawings and coordinating between all services.
• Preparation of BIM models with various level of detailing and fabrication in CAD MEP.
• Preparation of construction/shop drawings, schedules with respect to the client requirements as per superiors advice.
• Preparation of as built BIM after getting site survey drawings or point clouds / mark ups with as built comments.
• Work in a team of modelers and detailers for MEP BIM projects.
• Run clash detection and prepare clash reports.
• Assisting Team Lead in various tasks.
• As a team player in various BIM projects
• Coordinating a team when need arises
• Valuable communication and coordination with other team members
• Assisting Team lead in various tasks
• Working under pressure maintaining a balance
• Ready to work in all shifts.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, Fabrication CAD MEP, and Navisworks.
- Solid understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and construction methodologies.
- Experience in preparing shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and coordination models.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and familiarity with ACC.
