Responsibilities & Duties
- Design, develop, program and troubleshoot automation systems for printing and packaging machinery.
- Develop and modify PLC, HMI and VFD programs as per machine requirements.
- Handle electrical and control panel-related activities, including wiring, testing and commissioning.
- Integrate sensors, motors, drives, actuators and other automation components with machines.
- Test and commission machines at the company and customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, PLC, HMI and automation-related issues during machine trials and commissioning.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Production and Service teams for machine development and improvement.
- Prepare and maintain electrical drawings, PLC programs, I/O lists and automation documentation.
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning and customer service activities.
- Support continuous improvement and development of machine automation systems.




- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Automation Engineering.

· 2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, preferably in printing, packaging or machinery manufacturing.

Experience
