What you’ll do:
- Contribute to portfolio-level prioritization and planning across UCAS products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer commitments, and engineering capacity.
- Manage and coordinate delivery across multiple UCAS products and multiple concurrent releases.
- Own and coordinate Business Chance Calculator (BOC) activities, including business case development, financial forecasting and governance reviews.
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), integrated program plans, resource plans, and release schedules to ensure predictable execution.
- Leverage experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), to drive effective program execution and continuous delivery.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certified with strong program governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management expertise.
- Partner with Product & Engineering team to define and execute end-to-end delivery of enterprise software platforms and applications
- Define program roadmap, milestones, dependencies,



and success metrics
- Manages cross-functional activities[Dev, security...] ensuring deliveries against plan.
- Partner with RTE, PM,PO,SM and Architects resulting in effective PI planning
- Work with EM, SM and PO to reduce the defect debt.
- Owns the Project Budget/profit plan, work with EMs to determine # of dev/test resources
- Customer Centricity & Stakeholder Partnership
- Building partnerships and acting as Single point of contact from software to Product teams, Coordinates and focused on delivering new or upgrading existing features.
- Clearly outlining expected deliverables and interdependencies towards product teams and with agreed timelines
- Looks for ways to add value beyond immediate requests and initiates actions
- Provide clear and regular communication on program status, risks, and outcomes
