This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building and growing a business. You will initially take a hands-on role in prospecting, developing and closing current business, with the opportunity to
build and lead a team of BD executives and SDRs as the US operation grows

Role Description:

As a
Business Development Manager
, you will be responsible for developing new business across the US, building relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers, and taking opportunities through the sales cycle.

You will help shape our US go-to-market approach, identify the right sectors and target accounts, develop a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.





The role is suited to a commercially driven B2B sales professional who understands consultative selling, is comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and enjoys taking ownership in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies targeting the US market.
- Identify and engage prospective clients, particularly accounting firms, CPA firms, escrow and settlement companies, title companies and other professional services businesses.
- Generate and develop opportunities through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email, networking, calling and other relevant channels.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to closing.
- Understand client requirements and position Exovance’s services and solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
